Gunnel Linde

Swedish author, born in Stockholm in 1924. She has written quite a number of children's books, some of which have been translated into English, including one humourous pony story. Strangely, for such a popular author there is little information about her on the internet.

As well as an author she has also been a journalist and a successful television and radio producer, producing and/or writing a number of children's series. Has won awards including the Astrid Lindgren Prize.

She co-founded the children's rights society BRIS.

If anyone has any other information about her I would love to hear from you.
